Online Help is essentially a library of all current product information and instruction. Help files are updated with each upgrade, and are available on each screen within CADENCE. The help files referenced on a particular screen are specific to that individual screen. Release notes, How-To documents and Technical Bulletins are available from the client portal at support.baysidebiz.com.
The Online Forum is an online community for CADENCE users to share ideas and questions with their peers. This resource, managed by the CADENCE user community, is intended to allow users to address those situations that arise which may not be time sensitive but more of a research-oriented nature. The forum provides its members with a unique resource of information specific to those in the industry using Bayside Business Solutions products and services.
